Spindle Mounted Flap Wheel

Keying Abrasive mounted flap wheels come with standard spindle sizes of 6mm/3mm/1/4"/1/8",  ideal for deburring, removing flash or scale, light grinding, blending, and polishing, especially in hard-to-reach areas such as tubing, automobile wheel hubs, and various molds. The abrasive cloth on these wheels is made from x-weight cotton cloth, coated and resin-bonded with aluminum oxide grains for enhanced durability. With heat-resistant bonding technology, they perform steadily at high speeds. These wheels feature flexible, fan-like flaps that easily conform to workpieces. Mounted flap wheels are available in a cylindrical shape with standard 6mm/3mm/1/4"/1/8" shank diameter. Custom sizes are also available—please consult with beibei.liu@kytools.cn. These wheels are perfect for grinding and polishing both flat and irregular surfaces.
